目的:了解乡镇医院围术期患者抗菌药物预防性应用情况。方法:随机抽取我县10家乡镇医院2008年1～6月围术期病历100份,对预防性应用抗菌药物种类、应用频率、用药时间、联用情况等进行统计、分析。结果:所有病例均预防性应用抗菌药物,且用药起点高、联用普遍、首次给药时间缺乏术前用药意识,用药时间过长。结论:应加强对乡镇医院合理应用抗菌药物的培训、督导,规范围术期抗菌药物应用,以减少不良反应和耐药性的产生。
Objective: To understand the preventive application of antimicrobial agents in perioperative patients in township hospitals. Methods: 100 cases of perioperative medical records from January to June in 2008 in 10 township hospitals in our county were randomly selected, and the types of antimicrobial agents, the frequency of application, the time of drug use and the combination were analyzed statistically. Results: All cases were prophylactic use of antimicrobial agents, and the starting point of high medication, combined with common, the first time of lack of preoperative medication awareness, medication for a long time. Conclusion: It is necessary to strengthen the training of township hospitals on the rational use of antimicrobial agents, to supervise and regulate the application of perioperative antimicrobial agents to reduce the adverse reactions and drug resistance.
