用红外光谱技术研究了(1)室温至300℃时CO 在Ni-K/Al_2O_3系催化剂上的吸附态,(2)室温抽气脱附中各吸附态的稳定性及(3)吸附CO 的解离。CO 吸附时形成的表面生成物为:一氧化碳(CO),羧酸基(COO-),碳酸氢盐(HCO_3~-),简单碳酸盐和二配位碳酸盐(CO_3~-)。各种吸附态的稳定性与催化剂中K 含量及温度的关系密切。在K 含量>1mg atom/g-Al_2O_3的催化剂上,在1803—1774cm~(-1)形成了一个稳定的、构型尚不清楚的CO 吸附态。另外,讨论了表面羧酸基和碳酸盐形成的机理。
(1) The adsorption states of CO on Ni-K / Al 2 O 3 catalyst at room temperature and 300 ℃ were studied by infrared spectroscopy. The stability of various adsorbed states is closely related to the K content and temperature in the catalyst. On the catalyst with K content> 1mg atom / g-Al_2O_3, a stable and unconfined CO adsorption state was formed at 1803-1774cm -1. In addition, the mechanism of surface carboxylic acid groups and carbonate formation was discussed.
