贯众素可以由粗茎鳞毛蕨Dryopteriscrassirhizoma Nakai、紫萁Osmunda japonicaThunb、蛾眉蕨Lunathyrium acrostichoidesChing或苹果蕨Matteuccia struthiopteris To-daro的粉碎根、茎中提取得到。其工艺过程如下:(a)用沸水提取上述植物的粉末,文火煮沸混合物30min。(b)从粉末混合液中分出提取液。(c)浓缩提取液至原体积的一半。(d)加入95%的乙醇使其成为75%的乙醇溶液。(e)过滤75%的乙醇溶液得到乙醇滤液和残渣。(f)减压浓缩滤液,并用水混合。(g)减压浓缩含水的溶液,使之在4℃时能析出沉淀。(h)过滤得取沉淀物,真空干燥即得贯众素。(i)滤液以NaOH混合,得到第一份提取液。(j)用1mol NaOH提取残渣(e),得取第二份
Truncini can be extracted from the crushed roots and stems of Dryopteriscrassirhizoma Nakai, Osmunda japonicaThunb, Lunathyrium acrostichoides Ching, or Matteuccia struthiopteris To-daro. The process is as follows: (a) The powder of the above plant is extracted with boiling water, and the mixture is boiled for 30 min. (b) Separate the extract from the powder mixture. (c) Concentrate the extract to half of the original volume. (d) Add 95% ethanol to make it a 75% ethanol solution. (e) Filter 75% ethanol solution to give ethanol filtrate and residue. (f) The filtrate is concentrated under reduced pressure and mixed with water. (g) The aqueous solution was concentrated under reduced pressure to precipitate at 4°C. (h) Filtering to obtain precipitates, vacuum dried to obtain guanyin. (i) The filtrate was mixed with NaOH to give the first extract. (j) Extract the residue (e) with 1mol NaOH to obtain the second part
