精益生产管理是制造型企业“向管理要效益”的有效手段,借鉴精益生产管理的理论和方法引入教学管理中,有利于促进培养企业所需零距离上岗的高技能人才。三一工学院为打造一流学院在推行精益教学管理方面做出了探索与努力。
Lean production management is an effective means for manufacturing enterprises to “require benefits from management.” Drawing on the theories and methods of lean production management to introduce teaching management, it is conducive to fostering the cultivation of high-skilled talents who need to work from zero distances. Trinity Institute of Technology has made explorations and efforts to build first-rate colleges in implementing lean teaching management.
