为适应卫生改革的需要 ,全军医疗卫生单位于 1 998年初正式启动了新的《军队卫生统计报表》。据全军卫生信息中心通报 ,新报表运行 1年来 ,统计填报情况较好 ,但也发现了不少问题。本文作者就如何适应新的编制体制和军队卫生改革形势的需要 ,为各级领导提供科学、准确、真实、可信、全面的卫生管理信息 ,对目前部队卫生统计工作进行了细致的调研核查 ,并对存在的主要问题作了比较全面系统的分析 ,提出了具体的措施和办法 ,值得全军卫生统计工作者重视
To meet the needs of health reform, the military health unit formally launched the new “Army Health Statistics Report” in early 1998. According to the report of the PLA’s Health Information Center, the new report has been running for more than one year and the statistics are better reported, but many problems have also been discovered. The author of this paper, on the need of how to adapt to the new system of compilation and the situation of military health reform, provides scientific, accurate, truthful, credible and comprehensive health management information to leaders at all levels and conducts detailed investigation and verification on the present military health statistics work. And made a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the existing major problems and put forward specific measures and measures that are worthy of attention by the military health statisticians
