Bimetallic trap is driven by the temperature of condensate water. It has the characteristics of quick response, good resistance to steam drainage and reliable performance. This paper introduces the design and calculation of the bimetal element trap with the baffle type bimetallic trap, including the force analysis and calculation of the closure element and the design calculation of the bimetallic element.
