胃肠道低张双对比造影现已广泛应用于临床,能发现普通口服法、灌肠法所不能发现的病变。我们在参考其他作者方法基础上做了些改进,现将62例结肠双对比造影检查体会总结如下: 一、机器选择与钡剂调配:用XG——200型X线诊断机,X线管为固定阳极。 采用上海马陆化工厂和西安长城制药厂两种钡粉,具有高浓度、低粘度、颗粒粗细适宜的特点,经调配后流动和涂抹性能明显优于其它钡份。硫酸钡颗粒的粗细直接影响悬浮和附着。 调配浓度为75%W/V。曾用60~65%和80%以上浓度试验,前者浅淡附着差;后者粘度高,流动性差,且不易涂布。两者都影响诊断和观察。为了消除在注入造影剂或/和气体时所产生的气泡,有
