现代短跑技术中,运动员在跑动过程中髋部的运动素质和技术能力已成为其取得优异成绩的关键。本文通过对髋部屈肌群和伸肌群的作用分析,提出一些髋部力量和柔韧性训练的方法,以供借鉴。
In modern dash technology, the athlete’s movement quality and technical abilities in the running of the hip have become the key to their outstanding achievements. Based on the analysis of the function of hip flexors and extensors, this paper presents some methods of hip strength and flexibility training for reference.
