我国的产业结构不合理,各地产业趋同带来的恶果,教训极为深刻。因此,在高新技术开发区建设中,切不可忽视产业结构趋同问题。 1991年,据有关部门对全国高新区3990种产品进行统计,微电子和电子信息技术的产品共1288种,占32.3％,而生态环保技术、地球与海洋工程技术、辐射技术等新兴产业比重很小。这种产业趋同现象近年有所加剧。
The irrational industrial structure in our country and the vicious consequences brought by the convergence of industries across the country have profound lessons. Therefore, in the construction of high-tech development zones, the convergence of industrial structure can not be ignored. In 1991, according to the statistics of 3,990 kinds of products in the high-tech zones in the country, 1,288 kinds of products of microelectronics and electronic information technology accounted for 32.3% of the total, while the proportions of such emerging industries as eco-environmental technology, earth and marine engineering technology and radiation technology were very high small. This convergence of industries has intensified in recent years.
