患者,女,77岁,因反复咳嗽、咳痰、气喘10余年,加重3h于2009年12月7日急诊入院。1994行“直肠癌根治术”并化疗3次,2009年3月诊断为2型糖尿病,长期给予“胰岛素、阿卡波糖片、单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片、辛伐他汀片”等治疗,病情相对稳定。入院诊断为慢性阻塞性肺疾病、急性冠脉综合征、急性左心衰竭、2型糖尿病、直肠癌术后。体检:T37℃,R 20次/min,HR 82次/min,BP 134/76 mmHg。12月
