目的:探讨(鼻)面罩双水平气道正压通气(BiPAP)治疗在慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD)合并II型呼吸衰竭有无肯定疗效。方法:62例COPD合并呼吸衰竭患者应用BiPAP呼吸机辅助通气治疗,记录通气治疗前及通气治疗2~4h、24h后患者的血气分析、心率、呼吸频率。结果:治疗前、治疗后2~4h、治疗后24h氧分压、二氧化碳分压、心率、呼吸频率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:应用BiPAP呼吸机辅助通气治疗COPD合并II型呼吸衰竭临床上有肯定疗效。
Objective: To investigate the positive effect of bipolar nasal mask bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) treatment on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) with type II respiratory failure. Methods: Sixty-two patients with COPD and respiratory failure were treated with BiPAP ventilator assisted ventilation. The blood gas analysis, heart rate and respiratory rate were recorded before ventilation and 2 ~ 4h and 24h after ventilation. Results: There were significant differences in partial pressure of oxygen, partial pressure of carbon dioxide, heart rate and respiratory rate between before treatment, 2 ~ 4h after treatment and 24h after treatment (P <0.05). Conclusion: BiPAP ventilator-assisted ventilation for COPD with type II respiratory failure has a positive clinical effect.
