目的 :探讨健身运动对老年男子排尿机能和肾功能的影响。方法 :1 3名老年男子采用功率自行车进行 1 4周递增负荷有氧运动 ,分别于实验前、实验第 4周、第 8周以及结束时测评国际前列腺症状评分 (IPSS)、生活质量指数 (QOL) ,测定残余尿量 (RUV)、前列腺重量、血尿素氮 (BUN)、肌酐 (CREA)、尿酸 (URAC)、β2 -微球蛋白 (β2 -MG)、尿 β2 -MG等指标 ,同时进行尿动力学和ECT肾图检查。结果 :1 4周递增负荷有氧运动后老年男子IPSS和血URAC较实验前明显降低 (P <0 . 0 5 ) ,Qmax、CREA、AFR和血、尿 β2 -MG较实验前明显增加 (P <0 . 0 5 )。结论 :长期健身锻炼可改善老年男子排尿机能 ,对肾功能无明显损伤。
Objective: To investigate the effect of exercise on urinary function and renal function in elderly men. Methods: Thirteen elderly men were subjected to progressive aerobic exercise for 14 weeks using power bicycles. The scores of International Prostate Symptom Score (IPSS), Quality of Life (QOL) (RUV), prostate weight, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (CREA), uric acid (URAC), β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and urinary β2- Urodynamics and ECT kidney map examination. Results: IPSS and blood URAC in elderly men were significantly lower than those before the experiment (P <0.05), and Qmax, CREA, AFR and blood and urine β2-MG were significantly increased <0. 0 5). Conclusion: Long-term exercise can improve the urinary function of elderly men without significant damage to renal function.
