近年来,我国的高等职业教育得到了空前的发展,相关的研究也取得了丰硕的成果,但仍存在着诸多问题亟待解决,问题根源在于人才培养与市场实际需求之间的偏差。为了提升学校的竞争力,实现人才培养与市场需求的相适应,各个高校都纷纷开始进行职业教育教学模式的改革,并将此作为现阶段高职教育的核心任务。其中,一体化教学模式在职业教育中具有不可替代的优越性,自提出以来备受重视。就一体化教学模式的内涵进行概述,并以此入手对高等职业教育中实施一体化教学模式的必要性加以阐述,在此基础上着重对高等职业教育中实施一体化教学模式的具体措施进行探讨。
In recent years, the higher vocational education in our country has got an unprecedented development, and the relevant research has also achieved fruitful results. However, there are still many problems to be solved urgently. The root of the problem lies in the deviation between the cultivation of talents and the actual market demand. In order to enhance the competitiveness of schools and to adapt the cultivation of talents to the needs of the market, all colleges and universities have started the reform of the teaching mode of vocational education one after another, and regard this as the core task of higher vocational education at this stage. Among them, the integrated teaching mode has an irreplaceable superiority in vocational education, which has received much attention since it was put forward. This paper summarizes the connotation of the integrated teaching mode and starts with the necessity of implementing the integrated teaching mode in higher vocational education. On this basis, it focuses on the specific measures to implement the integrated teaching mode in higher vocational education .
