目前,我国以间接融资为主的融资结构仍未打破。“十二五”期间,我国应努力建设多层次资本市场,建立满足多元化需求的直接融资平台。“十二五”规划纲要提出:大力发展金融市场,继续鼓励金融创新,显著提高直接融资比重。这是继“十一五”之后,国家再次对资本市场提出扩大规模的总体要求。而将“显著”二字加在“提高直接融资比重”之前,意味着从今年开始,我国资本市场有可能呈现加速扩容的趋势。以间接融资为主的融资结构仍
At present, the financing structure of indirect financing in our country is still not broken.
