能源危机是中俄两国所面临的重大问题,共同开发北极地区巨大的能源价值无疑是中俄两国在北极拓宽合作空间的重要路径。文章概述了北极区域战略价值,讨论了中俄在北极区域治理中的作用,从而指出中俄北极区域合作尤其重要的切入路径在于中国参与油气资源开发。
The energy crisis is a major issue facing China and Russia. Joint development of the huge energy value in the Arctic is undoubtedly an important path for the two countries to broaden their cooperation space in the Arctic. The article outlines the strategic value of the Arctic region and discusses the role of China and Russia in the governance of the Arctic region. It points out that a particularly important cut-off path for the Sino-Russian Arctic regional cooperation lies in China’s participation in the development of oil and gas resources.
