应用离子渗氮与多弧离子镀复合技术,在40Cr基体上制备Ti0.33Al0.67N复合膜层,对梯度Ti0.33Al0.67N膜层与其他膜层的摩擦磨损性能进行了研究与对比。结果表明,Ti0.33Al0.67N膜层具有良好的耐磨损性能,是适合在高温环境下采用的耐磨涂层。
The Ti0.33Al0.67N composite film was prepared on 40Cr substrate by ion nitriding and multi-arc ion plating. The friction and wear properties of Ti0.33Al0.67N film and other films were studied and compared. The results show that the Ti0.33Al0.67N film has good wear resistance and is suitable for wear-resistant coatings under high temperature.
