A cooling fan (also called a cold air blower) is an air conditioner whose performance is intermediate between an air conditioner and an ordinary electric fan. In the hot summer, it can send cold air, giving people a cool and comfortable feeling. It is simple in structure and low in price, and is suitable for use in homes, hotels, offices, shops and other places for heatstroke cooling purposes. Why does a cooling fan produce cold air below ambient temperature? How does it differ from a normal electric fan?
