自然保护是全人类共同关切的问题。近些年来，黑龙江省自然保护区建设取得长足发展，保护区类型多样、分布广泛、数量逐年增加。但是，目前在保护区的建设与管理上还存在一定问题。突出表现在经济开发与自然保护的关系上，管理工作严重滞后。为进一步加强全省自然保护区的建设与管理，本文从２４个省级以上自然保护区的生态环境功能研究入手，根据不同类型自然保护区的特点和问题，提出了相应的保护对策和建设。
Natural protection is a common concern of all humankind. In recent years, the construction of nature reserves in Heilongjiang Province has made great strides, and the types of protected areas are diverse and widely distributed, with the number increasing year by year. However, there are still some problems in the construction and management of protected areas. Outstanding performance in the relationship between economic development and protection of nature, the management of a serious lag. In order to further strengthen the construction and management of the nature reserves in the province, this paper starts with the research on the functions of the ecological environment in 24 nature reserves at or above the provincial level. According to the characteristics and problems of different types of nature reserves, this paper puts forward corresponding protection measures and constructions.
