分层教学要求教师根据学生的实际情况在学习和生活中对学生提出不同层次的要求,把统一的教学内容变成不同层次的教学内容,让不同层次的学生以自己学习的实际情况进行选择,并努力达到目标。初中数学的主要特点表现为:高度抽象、逻辑严密、应用广泛,它不仅要求学生熟练掌握数量关系,也要求学生能自主运用空间形式,在实际生活中运用数学知识解决问题。但每个学生之间都存在着个体差异,他们的知识面有宽有窄,知识水平有高有低,学习能力有强有弱,同样的知识学习,不同学生学习情况也会不同,这就需要教师根据实际情况将学生进行分层教学。本文分析探究了分层教学策略在初中数学教学中的应用,指导教师尊重每个学生的个性差异,按照学习情况将学生分层,并为每个层次的学生创设合适的教学情景,最大限度开发每个学生的潜能,帮助学生更好地学习数学。
