天水地区是我国出口苹果的主要生产基地之一。天水所产的“花牛”苹果(元帅)鲜红艳丽、香甜味浓,在香港市场享有一定声誉。由于我国目前冷藏车辆较少,普通车厢发运苹果至口岸后,元帅苹果果肉易返沙发绵,严重影响其商品价值和供应期。为了寻求元帅苹果在较高气温下长途运输的保鲜方法,以提高外销苹果的品质,我们同中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所共同设计将硅橡胶膜气调窗袋衬于出口苹果纸箱内,称为硅窗气调运输箱。现将试验结果简介如下。
Tianshui region is China’s exports of apples one of the major production bases. Tianshui produced “Huadu” apple (Marshal) fresh bright red, sweet and strong, enjoy a certain reputation in the Hong Kong market. Due to the fact that there are few refrigerated vehicles in our country at present, after apples are shipped to ports, the Marshal apples are easy to return to the sofa and severely affect the value of their commodities and the supply period. In order to seek Marshal Apple long-distance transport fresh air at higher temperatures in order to improve the quality of exported apples, we co-designed with the Lanzhou Institute of Chemical Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences silicone rubber film air-conditioned windows lined cartons exported apple cartons, known as Si-window tone transport box. The test results are summarized below.
