新一轮技术革命和产业变革促进了社会生产力的提高,为我国从根本上打破工业领域“扩张—过剩—再扩张—再过剩”的循环带来了战略机遇。近年来,我国虚拟经济呈现井喷态势,实体经济对于资金和人才缺乏吸引力,我国工业尤其装备制造业发展所面临的形势和任务非常艰巨。前不久举行的中央经济工作会议提出,大力振兴实体经济,培育壮大新动能。在这样的背景下,在保持工业经济持续发展的同时,需要进一步在改革创新上寻求新突破,以创新驱动中国新型工业化发展。
