廖××女15岁住院号10693 双眼视力急骤下降五天。1983年12月28日来我科就诊。以“急性视神经乳头炎”收住院。视力:右眼前手动、左眼前指数。双眼前部正常。眼底视乳头充血、水肿,边界不清,视网膜色较淡,静脉较充盈,无渗出物,其它正常。经激素静滴、抗菌素、血管扩张剂及维生素类等治疗,一周后,视力:右眼0.2,左眼0.1。停用抗菌素,激素改用地塞米松2.5mg加654—2.5mg,地塞米松2.5加肌苷150mg两组药交替作球后注射,隔日一次,共用四次。视力:右眼1.5,左眼1.2。眼底除视乳头颞上方稍苍白外,其它均恢复正常。1984年1月18日出
