糖尿病是临床常见病，常为多系统损害而危及患者的生命。为了解糖尿病对心脏结构及功能的损害，我们给１３３例临床确诊为Ⅱ型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者进行了彩色多普勒超声（ＣＤＦＩ）检查并与１１２例正常人（对照组）比较。同时根据不同病情的ＮＩＤＤＭ患者分为三组作进一步的分析。结果表明ＮＩＤＤＭ组与对照组有显著差异（Ｐ＜０．０００１），ＮＩＤＤＭ的组１组２组３之间也有明显差异（Ｐ＜０．０００１）。本文认为ＣＤＦＩ对糖尿病患者心脏检查有重要临床价值。
Diabetes is a common clinical disease, often endangering the lives of patients with multiple system damage. To understand the effects of diabetes on cardiac structure and function, we performed color Doppler ultrasonography (CDFI) in 133 clinically diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (NIDDM) and compared them to 112 normal controls (control group). At the same time according to different conditions of NIDDM patients are divided into three groups for further analysis. The results showed that NIDDM group and control group were significantly different (P <0.0001), NIDDM group 1 group 2 group 3 also have significant differences (P <0.0001). This paper holds that CDFI has important clinical value for cardiac examination in diabetic patients.
