近年来,随着世界经济回暖,以及我国经济发展模式的不断调整,我国企业在进行品质管理与生产性提升工作时,面临新的方法形式。随着新生代劳动力结构的变化,“用工荒”现象的发展导致制造企业的劳动力成本不断提升,迫切面对降低生产成本、提高产品品质的发展转变。本文结合打印机墨盒代加工企业提高生产性的具体实践措施,分析介绍了作业标准化、抽样检查法、4M1E法、可视化管理法等常见的品质管理方法,以期有利于企业品质提高和成本削减。
In recent years, with the recovery of the world economy and the constant adjustment of China’s economic development model, Chinese companies are facing new methods in the process of quality management and productivity enhancement. With the changes in the structure of the new generation of labor force, the development of the phenomenon of “employment shortage” has led to the continuous increase in the labor costs of manufacturing enterprises, and is eagerly faced with the development of reducing production costs and improving product quality. In this paper, the practical measures for improving the productivity of printer cartridges processing companies are analyzed, and the common quality management methods such as operation standardization, sampling inspection, 4M1E method, and visual management method are analyzed and analyzed in order to help improve the quality of the company and reduce costs.
