摇滚是一种音乐类型,却不同于其他种类,有其独特的魅力。自上世纪八九十年代初登入中国,以其包含的精神力量对我国的音乐文化产生了强烈的冲击,但在短暂的爆发后,摇滚乐开始趋于平静,发展慢慢走向低谷。摇滚乐在西方经久不衰却在进入中国短短时间内被忽视,不得不说,音乐有其地域性,任何的音乐类型都必须符合所在地区的文化,只有摇滚乐的形式和内容本土化,才有可能在中国继续发展,被中国主流音乐文化所接受。
