当前邮票市场正处于寒冷季节,新邮打折一片,邮人苦不堪言。尽管管理层多次采取减少发行量等救市措施,但市场并没有启动,收效甚微。究其原因,我以为新邮的销售方式或许有问题。大家都知道,邮票有双重属性。其一是邮资凭证,这是根本;其二是供人们欣赏、研究、收藏,这是派生的属性。按上述属性,新邮应该先在通信领域流通,然后进入集邮领域。而纵观这些年新邮的发行方式,恰恰相反,新邮发行后直接进入集邮领域。在很多地方,新邮被人们戏称是“集邮邮票”。因此,要振兴邮市,改变新邮打折的局面,应从改变其销售方式入手。
