江垭地下厂房洞室群埋深 80~ 14 0m ,由 3 0个洞室组成 ,主厂房和主变洞之间厚 3 0m的岩壁 ,被 7个孔洞贯穿。在施工过程中 ,先后在 3号和 2号母线洞发现有贯穿裂缝。产生裂缝的主要原因为 :岩壁断面削弱致使应力集中 ;岩石产状和地质构造的影响 ;锚喷支护滞后 ;爆破冲击波的震荡。有限元分析计算的结果表明 :洞室群的整体稳定是安全的。处理措施为 :提高母线洞的抗剪变形刚度 ;提高岩体的整体刚度 ;提高岩石层面的抗剪强度 ;加强安全监测。全面地论述了裂缝的成因、发展和处理过程 ,有普遍应用价值。
The underground caverns of Jiangya underground powerhouse are 80 ~ 140m deep and are composed of 30 caverns. The 30m thick rock wall between the main workshop and the main cavern is penetrated by 7 holes. During construction, cracks were found in No. 3 and No. 2 bus tunnels successively. The main causes of cracks are: weakening of the rock wall resulting in stress concentration; rock-producing and geological structure of the impact; bolt and shotcrete support lag; blast shock wave shock. Finite element analysis results show that: the overall stability of the cavern group is safe. Measures are as follows: to improve the shear rigidity of busbar tunnel; to improve the overall stiffness of rock mass; to improve the shear strength of rock; to enhance safety monitoring.
