患者王××,男,35岁,河南籍,工人,住院号148835,于1978年11月25日住院。患者于1975年开始出现全身抽搐发作,1～3次/日,发作时全身抽搐,两眼上翻,口吐白沫,伴舌咬伤,持续数秒钟即停止。曾服苯巴比妥及苯妥英钠等抗癫痫药物治疗无效。1977年曾检查1次脑电图结果正常,患者每次发作前1～2天全身出现团样荨麻疹,抽搐发作,服朴尔敏以后抽搐停止。11月23日又感全身不适,吵闹骂人,精神恍榴,于11月25日以“癔病精神病”入院。既往无外伤及其他疾病,家族中患者次子,10岁,小学生,也有慢性荨麻疹,无抽搐发作。患者是五金厂工人,爱人是食堂炊事员,均无接触特殊花粉、药物史,患者及其次子,未找到
