1.充分认识信息技术对档案工作的深刻影响。随着信息技术的迅猛发展和广泛应用,以计算机、网络和存储技术为核心的现代信息技术发展已经极大地影响到经济发展、人民生活、国家安全和社会发展进程。目前,发达国家已有60%的政府行政工作是通过因特网和其他电子通讯方式实现的,电子政务实现的服务内容也越来越广泛。加快电子政务也成为“十一五”期间我国企业体制改革的重要内容。
1. Fully understand the profound impact of information technology on archival work. With the rapid development and extensive application of information technology, the development of modern information technology with computer, network and storage technologies as the core has greatly affected the economic development, people’s livelihood, national security and the process of social development. At present, 60% of the government administrations in developed countries have been implemented through the Internet and other electronic means of communication, and the contents of services implemented by e-government have become more and more widespread. Accelerating e-government has also become an important part of China’s enterprise system reform during the 11th Five-Year Plan period.
