本文从理论上推证了光学透镜胶合时,胶合承座使用V型块定位情况下,透镜外径椭园度误差对胶合定中心的影响,并且找出了V型块最佳定位角度,可供分析胶合定中心质量时的理论依据。
In this paper, we deduced theoretically the influence of the error of the ellipticality of the lens outer diameter on the gluing center when the optical lens is glued and the position of the V-shaped block in the gluing seat is theoretically deduced, and the optimal positioning angle of the V-shaped block is found out The theoretical basis for analyzing the quality of the gluing center.
