成渝地区肩负着多重战略,包括“一路一带”、“西部大开发”、“长江经济带”等,各个战略重心都有所不同。成渝地区要协调这些战略重心。从深层制度、中层制度、浅层制度等方面论证成渝区域全面协作的可行性,并从机制的角度分析成渝地区经济运行的互动关系。最后,提出复合战略下成渝合作的政策建议。
Chengdu and Chongqing have multiple strategies, including “all the way around”, “western development”, “the Yangtze River Economic Belt” and so on, all with different strategic centers of gravity. Chengdu-Chongqing region to coordinate these strategic center of gravity. From the aspects of depth system, middle level system and shallow system, this paper proves the feasibility of comprehensive cooperation in Cheng-Yu region and analyzes the interactive relationship between economic operation in Cheng-Yu region from the perspective of mechanism. Finally, put forward the policy suggestion of Chengdu-Chongqing cooperation under the compound strategy.
