我国普通高校在开展双语教学过程中出现了培养方案设置重指标轻实质、课程设置混乱、师资力量不足、评价机制不健全等问题,究其原因是多数高校双语教学的实践仅是为了达到教育部硬性规定而刻意模仿,但双语教学的本意是为了培养有国际竞争力的人才,接轨国际。因此,实现从“模仿”到“接轨”的转变是化解双语教学困境的可行路径,这需要在宏观上正本接轨之意;中观层面取消统一的双语课程强制要求;微观层面要重视双语的教学管理工作。
