目的 研究 2 %酪蛋白磷酸肽钙氟磷复合体 (CPP- ACFP)溶液对釉质缺损的再矿化率与时间的关系。 方法 从人第三磨牙切取 2 8块釉质片 ,于每片中制备两条釉质缺损。2 8块釉质片被随机分为 4组 ,每组分别于再矿化液中浸泡 1、3、5、10天 ,然后进行切片放射影像和矿物质含量测定。 结果 经 1、3、5、10天后 ,矿化液分别取代矿物质缺失 9.19%、14.2 7%、2 9.0 7%、38.45 % ,求得直线回归方程为 :(Y=6 .85 5 8+3.34 5 1X;R2 =0 .92 35 ) ,经统计学检验 ,此方程有意义 (tr=4.91,P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 CPP- ACFP对牙釉质缺损的再矿化作用相当明显 ,可作为食物、牙膏添加剂 ,在龋病预防中将起重要作用。
Objective To study the relationship between the remineralization rate of enamel defects and the time of 2% casein phosphate-peptide calcium-phosphorus-phosphate complex (CPP-ACFP). Methods Twenty-eight enamel pieces were cut from the third molars and two enamel defects were prepared in each piece. Eighteen enamel tablets were randomly divided into 4 groups. Each group was immersed in remineralizing solution for 1, 3, 5 and 10 days, and then radiographic image and mineral content were determined. Results After 1, 3, 5 and 10 days, the mineralized solution was replaced by 9.19%, 14.2 7%, 2 9.0 7% and 38.45% respectively, and the linear regression equation was obtained as follows: (Y = 6 .855 8+ 3.34 5 1X; R2 = 0.92 35), which is statistically significant (tr = 4.91, P <0.05). Conclusions CPP-ACFP has obvious remineralization effect on enamel defects, which can be used as food and toothpaste additive and plays an important role in the prevention of dental caries.
