测定了灰葡萄孢菌(Botrytis cinerea)固体和液体发酵粗提物对小麦、高粱、黄瓜、油菜的幼苗和幼根生长抑制活性。浓度20 mg/mL的固、液粗提物对4种供试植物的幼苗和幼根的抑制率均达到100%;对4种植物的幼苗和幼根同时具有抑制作用的最小有效浓度均为0.62 mg/mL;相同浓度的粗提物(5 mg/mL),液体发酵粗提物对小麦幼苗的抑制作用显著高于固体粗提物,而对高粱幼根和黄瓜幼苗的抑制作用却显著低于固体粗提物(p<0.05),对高粱幼苗、小麦幼根、黄瓜幼根、油菜幼苗和幼根的抑制作用与固体粗提物均无显著差异(p>0.05)。综合评价除草活性效果,灰葡萄孢菌固体和液体发酵粗提物均有很高除草活性,而固体发酵因原料廉价、操作简单具有更为广泛的应用前景。
The solid and liquid fermented crude extracts of Botrytis cinerea were tested for their growth inhibitory activity on the seedlings and young roots of wheat, sorghum, cucumber and rapeseed. The concentration of 20 mg / mL solid and liquid extracts of the four tested plants seedling and young root inhibition rate reached 100%; 4 plants of seedlings and young roots simultaneously have the inhibitory effect of the minimum effective concentrations were 0.62 mg / mL; the same concentration of crude extract (5 mg / mL), liquid fermentation crude extracts of wheat seedling inhibition was significantly higher than the solid crude extract, but sorghum seedlings and cucumber seedling inhibition was significant (P <0.05). Comprehensive evaluation of the effect of herbicidal activity, Botrytis cinerea solid and liquid fermentation crude extract have high herbicidal activity, and solid fermentation because of cheap raw materials, simple operation has a more extensive application prospects.
