旅游人才的培养依靠旅游教育,旅游教育不仅要培养理论应用型人才,更需要培养旅游业所需求的实用型人才。近年来,山东省旅游业迅速发展,随着旅游业的快速发展对高素质旅游专业人才的需求越来越大,作为旅游专业人才供给的重要生力军———旅游教育,应在分析旅游人才供需现状的基础上,以旅游市场需求为导向,主动适应市场需求改革办学观念,构建旅游应用型人才培养模式,从而促进地方经济和旅游业的持续、健康发展。
