随着互联网技术的不断发展,互联网思维对各行各业都产生了较大的影响。对于干部培训来说,也是如此。干部是进行国家管理的主要力量,对其进行培训是非常必要的。因此如何在互联网思维下,对其加强教育,更好的发挥教育培训对干部思想意识的教育作用,是一个培训单位共同面临且值得积极思考的重要课题。本文主要从互联网思维概述、“互联网思维”下干部培训发生的变化以及“互联网思维”下提升干部培训工作的措施等方面对干部培训的相关内容进行了论述。
With the continuous development of Internet technology, Internet thinking has a greater impact on all walks of life. The same is true for cadre training. Cadres are the major force in carrying out state administration and training them is very necessary. Therefore, under the thinking of the Internet, strengthening education on it and better exerting the educational role of education and training on the ideology of cadres are an important issue that training units should face together and deserve positive thinking. This article mainly discusses the relevant contents of the training of cadres from aspects of Internet thinking overview, changes of cadre training under “Internet thinking” and measures of improving cadre training work under “Internet thinking”.
