本文提出了计算刚性转子校正面许用不平衡量的新方法——综合动态优化法,建立了支承平面不平衡量和许用不平衡量的概念和公式,运用非线性规划理论,综合考虑平衡品质的要求,在任意相角差θ下,建立了计算校正面许用不平衡量的最佳值U的统一数学模型,编制了程序,画出了θ-U关系图,方便了平衡检验。计算和试验表明,本方法较现行方法合理又可靠,计算的合格区域较ISO一般方法平均提高10~50%,既保证了平衡质量、又使平衡工艺易于实现,同时也为制定转子平衡试验标准提供了理论依据。
In this paper, a new method to calculate the allowable unbalance of rigid rotor calibration surface is put forward - the comprehensive dynamic optimization method. The concepts and formulas of bearing plane unbalance and allowable unbalance are established. By using nonlinear programming theory and considering the requirement of balance quality , A uniform mathematical model for calculating the optimum value U of the allowable unbalance of the calibration surface is established under arbitrary phase angle difference θ. The program is programmed and the θ-U relation diagram is drawn to facilitate the balance test. The calculation and test show that the method is more reasonable and reliable than the current method and the calculated qualified area increases by 10 ~ 50% on average compared with the general method of ISO, which not only ensures the balance quality but also realizes the balance process easily.
