我厂在生产 X25耐热钢管子铸件时(这种管子主要是横向承受负荷),起先是上浇以后改为下浇。但是都由于冒口锥度部分阻碍收缩,几乎所有铸件都在冒口颈部以下200公厘内产生了热裂纹。后来采用活动垫块热松箱的办法,及时松散了冒口部分的砂子,完全消除了这种热裂,也避免了使用吊车,耽误热松箱的时间。改进的方法如下:1)在铸件冒口颈稍下杓100~150公厘的两箱接合缝四角上垫上火砖块,厚度为50~70公厘如附图。为避免两箱接合缝四侧漏砂可以贴上薄铁板。2)冒口
