我习武近二十年,我的师父习武五十多年,我身边的人习武也多在十年以上,习武数十年的人亦不在少数。我所在的河北保定是武术之乡,武术流派较多,习武之人颇多。但近十年来,我发现有这样一个现象,对传统武术有兴趣的人不少,也不乏年轻人,但坚持下来的极少。有的师父教了不少人,但大多不过一两年,年轻人都不见了,剩下的多是五十岁以上的老年人。不是说老年人不能有所成就,而是中国传统武术的特性决定了,只有经过十年、二十年的系统训练后才能小有收获,而且训练强度是一般人无法承受的,更何况五六十岁的长
