目的:探讨滤泡性淋巴瘤(follicular lymphoma,FL)中C4d抗原的沉积及其意义。方法:对133例淋巴瘤标本进行C4d抗体的免疫组化染色,同时对FL进行CD35/C4d、CD21/C4d和Bcl-2/C4d抗体免疫组化双染色,观察C4d抗原沉积分布区域及阳性率。结果:26例FL中有19例肿瘤组织的瘤性滤泡中出现不规则网线状C4d抗原沉积;CD35/C4d、CD21/C4d和Bcl-2/C4d双染色证实,C4d抗原沉积在瘤性滤泡的滤泡树突细胞(follicular dendritic cell,FDC)周围;C4d阳性率与FL分级无关。FL弥漫区域以及其他类型淋巴瘤的肿瘤细胞间无C4d抗原沉积。结论:C4d抗原沉积在FL瘤性滤泡的FDC周围,是FL与其他类型淋巴瘤鉴别的较特异标志之一。
Objective: To investigate the deposition of C4d antigen in follicular lymphoma (FL) and its significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining of C4d antibody was performed on 133 samples of lymphoma. Immunofluorescence staining of CD35 / C4d, CD21 / C4d and Bcl-2 / C4d antibodies against FL was used to detect the distribution of C4d antigen and its positive rate . Results: The irregular cytokeratin C4d antigen deposition was found in the tumorous follicles in 19 of 26 FL cases. Double staining of CD35 / C4d, CD21 / C4d and Bcl-2 / C4d confirmed that the C4d antigen was deposited in the neoplastic filter Around the follicular dendritic cells (FDC). The positive rate of C4d was not related to the FL grade. There was no C4d antigen deposition between the FL diffuse region and tumor cells of other types of lymphomas. CONCLUSION: The C4d antigen is deposited around the FDC of FL tumorous follicles and is one of the more specific markers for the identification of FL and other types of lymphoma.
