前置血管破裂是导致胎儿窒息或死亡的罕见原因。因其产前诊断难度较大,误诊率高,易引起不良妊娠结局。本文现就1例前置血管破裂导致胎儿死亡的病例进行分析。1病例简介患者,女,20岁,因“停经41周”于2012年2月24日入院待产。平素月经规律,孕期正规产检,超声检查未见明显胎盘脐带附着异常。入院后完善常规检查,产科检查:宫高33cm,腹围100cm,胎儿约3500g,宫口容受一指,宫颈质地
