本文的目的在于研究朝鲜朝经济体制中存在的问题以及产生这些问题的原因。首先需要指出的是,本文探讨的经济体制既是一种观念,又是一种历史现象。这与已经成为历史了的经济体制所具有的多样性与特殊性有关。作为一种历史现象的经济体制,其发展模式,即道程(course),并非只有一个。以资本主义为例,它作为一种经济体制,一方面具有世界史层面上的普遍意义,另一方面又根据世界各民族特性的不同,或者各国家所处历史时期的不同而呈现出不同的发展状态。
The purpose of this paper is to study the problems existing in North Korea’s economic system and the reasons for these problems. The first thing to point out is that the economic system explored in this article is both an idea and a historical phenomenon.
