本研究发现M_2、M_3代诱变群体粗蛋白含量最多分别比CK增加2.60%和2.15%,粗脂肪含量最高比CK分别增加0.59%和0.49%,粗蛋白的诱变效果好于粗脂肪,17种氨基酸与5种脂肪酸均有诱变效果,特别是诱变群体中蛋氨酸最高含量比CK增加91%,亚麻酸比CK降低0.18~0.70%,频率为30%。本文并对17种氢基酸与粗蛋白含量间以及17种氨基酸间与6种脂肪酸间的相关关系进行了估计,为夏大豆营养品质育种的田间选择提供参考。
The results showed that the crude protein content of M_2 and M_3 generations mutated groups increased by 2.60% and 2.15% respectively at most compared with CK, the maximum crude fat content increased by 0.59% and 0.49% respectively compared with CK, and the crude protein mutagenesis effect was better than crude fat, 17 The amino acids and five kinds of fatty acids had mutagenic effects. Especially, the highest content of methionine in mutagens was 91% higher than that of CK, and the difference was 0.18 ~ 0.70% and the frequency was 30%. In this paper, the correlation between 17 kinds of hydrogen acids and crude protein content and 17 kinds of amino acids and 6 kinds of fatty acids were estimated, which provided a reference for field selection of summer soybean nutritional quality breeding.
