比较了NBR与ZDMA及3种纳米碳酸钙(U-CaCO3,CCR,M-CaCO3)组成的复合材料硫化胶的力学性能和结构形态。结果表明,NBR/M-CaCO3/ZDMA三元复合体系的力学性能明显提高,其结构形态的改善明显优于其他体系。M-CaCO3和ZDMA对NBR的共增强作用明显。
The mechanical properties and structural morphology of composite vulcanizates composed of NBR and ZDMA and three kinds of nano-CaCO3 (U-CaCO3, CCR and M-CaCO3) were compared. The results show that the mechanical properties of NBR / M-CaCO3 / ZDMA ternary composite system are obviously improved, and the improvement of its structural morphology is obviously better than other systems. The synergistic effect of M-CaCO3 and ZDMA on NBR is obvious.
