味精发酵工艺过程微机群控系统是用一台微型计算机系统对多台发酵罐的工艺过程进行闭环控制与监测。本文是笔者用Z80八位微机系统对苏州市味精厂二台75M~3发酵罐进行自动闭环控制、监测实践的总结。至今,该系统已安全运行达5000小时以上;系统经过十五批罐次平均产量的考核,平均产酸率是6.669%,比原来提高了5%以上,取得了明显的经济效益。
