报告1例尸检及4例CSF细胞学诊断的脑膜癌病,重点分析本病的临床特点,提出3条临床诊断标准,认为CSF细胞学检查对生前诊断本病有重要的价值。
One case of autopsy and 4 cases of CSF cytology diagnosis of meningeal carcinomatosis were reported. The clinical features of the disease were analyzed. Three clinical diagnostic criteria were proposed. CSF cytology was of great value in the diagnosis of this disease.
