本文采用文献资料调研、专家访谈、逻辑比较等方法,对近5年单跳男子前六名的成绩进行分析,从中找出单跳技术存在的问题。结果表明,运动员在技术中有技术“负债”的现象。
This article uses literature research, expert interviews, logical comparison and other methods to analyze the results of the top six single-jump men in the recent five years and find out the problems existing in the single-jump technique. The results show that athletes have technical “debt” in technology.
