随着人们生活水平的提高,茶叶的消费逐渐由过去的低档茶转变为中高档茶,且人们对于茶叶的品种、质量、安全、功能等均有了更多更高的要求。近年来,食品安全事故频频发生,使人们对于该类问题十分重视,无公害茶叶栽培的目标是保障茶叶的质量,符合相关的标准,使得消费者的身体健康有保障,真正吃到质量合格,品质优良的茶叶。实施无公害茶叶生产及管理也成为茶叶生产人员必要掌握的先进技术之一。基于此,简单分析了山区无公害茶叶的生产技术,包括优选品种、种植区域选择、种植管理措施、茶叶采摘等,为从事无公害茶叶生产的人员提供一定的参考与借鉴。
