目的明确河南省某钨钼公司技改工程建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,对建设项目进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法采用职业卫生现场调查法、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查和检查表法进行综合分析与评价。结果建设项目存在或产生的主要职业病危害因素有粉尘、钼及其化合物、钨及其不溶性化合物、氰化钠、一氧化碳、碳酸钠、盐酸、氢氧化钠、二氧化氮、二氧化硫、噪声、工频电场等。工作场所中粉尘和噪声有部分超标。结论该项目属于职业病危害严重建设项目。项目采取的职业病危害粉尘和噪声防护措施未达到国家相关卫生标准的要求。建设单位应按照建议内容进行改进。
Objective To clarify the occupational hazard factors generated by a technological transformation project of a tungsten and molybdenum company in Henan Province and evaluate the control effect of occupational disease hazards on construction projects. Methods The method of occupational health field survey, occupational health examination, occupational health examination and checklist method were used for comprehensive analysis and evaluation. Results The main occupational hazards that exist or are caused by construction projects are dust, molybdenum and its compounds, tungsten and its insoluble compounds, sodium cyanide, carbon monoxide, sodium carbonate, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, nitrogen dioxide, sulfur dioxide, noise, Electric field and so on. Part of dust and noise in the workplace is excessive. Conclusion This project belongs to the serious construction project of occupational disease hazard. Occupational hazards and noise protection measures taken by the project did not meet the requirements of the relevant national health standards. The construction unit should make improvements according to the suggestions.
