目的探讨AO弹性髓内钉(TEN)对儿童下肢骨干骨折的治疗效果。方法选取2008年至2010年我院采用AO弹性髓内钉治疗儿童下肢骨干骨折35例,观察骨折愈合、功能恢复、不良反应等情况。结果所有35例病例均获随访,随访8～18个月,术后骨折愈合满意,无钉道感染和畸形愈合,髋、膝、踝关节功能恢复正常,但有1例在术中进钉时出现开口处裂纹骨折,2例术后出现皮下激惹,根据Flynn的评分标准:本组21例优,11例良,3例可,优良率91.4%。结论弹性髓内钉治疗儿童下肢长骨骨干骨折,具有微创、恢复快、并发症少等特点,值得临床大力推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of AO elastic intramedullary nailing (TEN) on the fractures of lower extremity bone in children. Methods From 2008 to 2010 in our hospital AO elastic intramedullary nailing treatment of children with lower extremity fracture of the backbone in 35 cases, observed fracture healing, functional recovery, adverse reactions and so on. Results All the 35 cases were followed up for 8-18 months. The postoperative fracture healing was satisfactory, no pin-tract infection and malunion were healed, and the function of hip, knee and ankle returned to normal. However, There were open fractures of the fissure, 2 cases of subcutaneous irritation after surgery, according to Flynn’s grading standards: The group of 21 patients with excellent, 11 cases of good, 3 cases can be, excellent and good rate of 91.4%. Conclusion Elastic intramedullary nailing in the treatment of children with long bone fracture of lower extremity has the characteristics of minimally invasive, rapid recovery and few complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
